195. Dryness Meter

BROGUHE, COTE D'IVOIRE, 2009. One of three dryness meters we donated. If every village had a scale and a dryness meter, the general quality of Ivoirian cocoa would improve and the farmers would earn more money. The money for this was raised by Tom's student Anna Nakayama, who prevailed on members of her church.
