CAMEROON, 2011. Made with cassava that is packed into leaves and tied to make starchy sausages. It has a very firm, dry texture, unlike fufu. Commonly found in Cameroon but not in Ghana or Côte d'Ivoire. In this case, it's served with boiled plantains which are mildly sweet and softer.
